Hey there! Finally, I’m thrilled to share my journey with you.

You might notice that my name, Ilja, can be a bit tricky to pronounce, most people call me “illia”- and that’s ok . I’ve learned to roll with it and embrace the variations.

My life’s path wasn’t always smooth. I faced trauma that stretched across a significant part of my life, shaking my self-confidence to its core.

But amidst those challenges, I clung to my determination to craft the life I’d always envisioned.

Earlier on, I dabbled in a few small business ventures, seeking ever bigger challenges.

Eventually, I ventured into the restaurant scene & struck gold.  My restaurant took off, netting me my first award in just under 9 months.

Undoubtedly, this success served as a stepping stone, propelling me to manage several thriving businesses & nail every goal I’d set.

Subsequently, I’m at a point where I want to give back. My focus is on supporting women who, like me, have battled trauma & its lingering effects on self-assurance.

I’ve distilled my experiences into a fail-proof formula, & I’m eager to share it.

My mission

Empowering women who’ve triumphed over trauma, yet still grapple with that nagging doubt about their ability to kickstart their own businesses.

Through my blog, I’m all about offering practical tips & unwavering encouragement to women.

Women who yearn to dive into entrepreneurship but find themselves caught in the web of self-doubt.

My firm belief is that, with the right guidance and a supportive community. Women can fast-track their goals and lead the lives they’ve always dreamed of.
